level inflation has gotten so crazy in tech. what i’m seeing across many companies:

kids with 4 YOE think they’re senior

senior level people expect to get staff level in 2 years

i would hate to work at a company where a bunch of 20 something year olds are running around telling everyone they are staff

being staff used to have actual meaning
